What should I include in my enquiry?
Tell us your postcode, the type of property, the work you have in mind and any preferred timescale. Mention whether you already have drawings or specifications. You can email plans separately to info@struco.co.uk.
Can I enquire before I have final plans?
Yes. Describe your ideas and how you want to use the space. The level of detail available will determine what can be discussed at this stage and what is needed for a more detailed quote.
What about approvals and professional drawings?
Tell us about any planning, building control or design work already in progress. Any approvals, drawings or specialist input needed for the proposed scope should be clarified before work is agreed.
Can building and garden work be considered together?
Yes. Select “Both” in the quote form to discuss the building and outdoor elements together, including access and the order of work.
